Daphne joined CBRE Belgium in January 2024 as a Business Developer within the Advisory & Transaction Services for Investor Leasing business line. In this role, she is responsible for driving business development and enhancing the services CBRE offers to landlords for office spaces across Flanders. Her primary focus is to assist landlords in maximizing property value and attracting the right tenants. She actively engages in market analysis, tenant sourcing, and lease negotiations to develop effective leasing strategies. Additionally, Daphne provides innovative workspace solutions designed to enhance property appeal and meet the evolving needs of modern tenants.
