Emmanuel de Landtsheer

As Associate Director, Emmanuel De Landtsheer is jointly responsible for the Out-of-Town team for the Flanders region within CBRE Belgium. In this role, he works very closely with Jeroen Charlier and Niels Boey, who together form the Out-of-Town team for Flanders. His years of experience and knowledge of the Out-of-Town market have led to close contacts with the Private Wealth & Valuation Department.

Emmanuel has been part of the Out-of-Town team since 2018 and is an established member of the Retail Group. By always giving his full attention and service to national and international retailers, developers, and owners, he is one of our key contacts for everything related to groundbreaking shopping.

Emmanuel has a master's degree in law.
