Role: Gregory joined CBRE in 2014 as Consultant within our Retail Department. He’s in charge of the Walloon Market in terms of high streets & out-of-town both in leasing as in Retail Investment. Gregory has over 13 years of experience in the retail real estate sector in Belgium. He has started his retail career with Mench Industry & GVA Belux. Gregory holds a Master Degree in Commercial Sciences & Business Managament (Ehsal) & is a licensed real estate broker under the number 508130. Expertise: Gregory’s experience include tenant representation, shopping center leasing, retail development in all retail asset classes, advise high street & out-of-town real estate transactions, advising owners, developers and investors on their real estate strategy and trading real estate in multiple asset classes.
