Jeroen Charlier

Jeroen Charlier is the Director responsible for the Out-of-Town team for the Flanders region within CBRE Belgium. In this role, he works very closely with the Private Wealth department.

With over 12 years of experience in the out-of-town market and several years of experience working for a big national retailer, Jeroen joined CBRE in 2025 to strengthen the out-of-town team in Flanders. His main focus is on strengthening the collaboration between the Letting and Private Wealth teams within this market, ensuring that developers, retailers, owners and investors receive even better support.

Jeroen holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
