Additionally, the need for flexibility, particularly among expats and those with uncertain job situations, accounts for 15.92% of the responses. The fear of long-term commitment is a valid concern for many, leading them to prefer renting over the responsibilities that come with owning a home.

Another notable factor is the financial strain of monthly mortgage payments, with 15.64% of respondents citing this as a concern. The ongoing costs associated with homeownership can be daunting, particularly for those with limited income. Furthermore, 15.36% of participants mentioned difficulties in finding a suitable home to buy, while 15.17% expressed apprehension regarding the additional costs linked to property ownership. Finally, the issue of access to mortgage loans affects 12.13% of those surveyed.
