Strategically located along the Petite Ceinture, between the city centre and the European quarter, the building benefits from its proximity to Brussels Central, Schuman and Luxembourg railway stations, as well as the Arts-Loi and Trône underground stations.
The project includes a large bicycle parking area and all the necessary facilities for cyclists (showers and lockers). A car park (100 spaces) is located under the building for use by the offices, residential units and public spaces.
